Elegant Egg Bakes

  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack or combination of cheeses
  • 1 cup diced Canadian bacon
  • 1 cup frozen cut asparagus spears, thawed
  • 1 package (1.25 oz.) hollandaise sauce, prepared according to package instructions (optional)

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray Mini Heart pans with vegetable pan spray.
    2. In large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, biscuit mix and pepper. Evenly divide cheese, Canadian bacon and asparagus among pan cavities; top with egg mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on cooling grid 5 to 10 minutes. Turn out of pan and serve, if desired, with hollandaise sauce.
