Creamy Slow-Scrambled Eggs

Creamy Slow-Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  • 1 dozen Organic Valley Eggs
  • 1 cup Organic Valley Heavy Cream (substitute Organic Valley Half and Half for a lighter scramble)
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Organic Valley Butter

Preparation
    1. Beat eggs, cream and chives in bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Melt butter in large-non-stick skillet over very low heat. Add eggs and cook slowly, stirring until eggs are just set, 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
