(Family Features) - Mmm...hot breakfast on a cold morning. There's nothing like eating something warm and satisfying to start the day off right. Since February is Hot Breakfast Month, I thought I'd share some delicious - and nutritious - breakfast ideas to help you warm up your mornings.

My secret ingredient? Pumpkin! Not only does pumpkin add great flavor, it's also an excellent low-calorie and low-fat source of Vitamin A, and fiber in every 1/2 cup serving. That's good nutrition in every bite!

These easy-to-make pumpkin pancakes are a beautiful golden color and their puffiness makes them fun to eat. Pumpkin adds just the right touch of flavor and moistness to make these pancakes a new family favorite.

Pumpkin and maple team up to make everyday oatmeal a real treat. It's quick and easy to make, and it will fill you up and keep you satisfied all morning.
