Spice Up Dad’s Day With a Giant
Chocolate Cookie

(Family Features) - Surprise dad with a deliciously decadent cookie that has a spicy secret ingredient -- chipotle chili pepper powder. Baked in a giant cookie pan, the Giant Chocolate "Chip"-otle Oatmeal Cookie, with its unique flavor and colossal presentation, is a cookie like no other.

Chipotles are actually dried, smoked jalapeño peppers that develop a smoky, sweet, almost chocolatey flavor. When mixed with dark cocoa candy melts and cocoa powder, they give this cookie a deep and smoky flavor with just a hint of heat.

Decorating options are endless for this mega treat. Inscribe a special message to dad with decorating icing, or even have each child add a special touch. Or, simply frost the cookie and decorate with favorite sprinkles, sparkling sugars or icing decorations.

This giant cookie feeds a crowd -- either cut it into wedges or break into pieces to serve. For a cooling summertime treat, pair with vanilla ice cream then relax and enjoy Dad’s special day.
