Balsamic Cherry Glaze

Ingredients
  • 1 (15-ounce) can dark sweet cherries, in heavy syrup, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced ginger

Preparation
    1. Drain cherries. In blender, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Set aside; reserve 1/2 cup to serve with ribs.
