Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 3 whole large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 ounce banana pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ounce Boar's Head Crumbled
  • Feta Cheese

Preparation
    1. Heat butter in nonstick sauté pan over medium heat. Add eggs, banana peppers and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Scramble egg mixture and cook to desired level. Fold in cheese and serve while hot.
