Bratwurst and Vidalia Onion Sauce Casserole

Description
The smoky taste of grilled Boar's Head Bratwurst combines with the sweet and sour flavor of Boar's Head Vidalia Onion Sauce in this easy-to-make casserole, which works both as a side dish as well as a sandwich when spooned over crusty French bread.

Ingredients
  • 6 bratwurst
  • 1 jar Boar's Head Vidalia Onion sauce

Preparation
    1. Grill sausages, slice into bite-sized pieces and place in a heat-proof bowl. Mix in one jar of Boar's Head Vidalia Onion sauce. Reheat on the grill, away from direct heat, or in the microwave.
