- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated gingerroot
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
- 1 bunch green onions, trimmed (for planking only)
- Blend all ingredients. Rub on 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per portion or all onto Alaska salmon side. If planking, place green onions on plank; top with salmon.
