Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chardonnay or dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 pounds Alaska Crab legs/clusters (King, Snow or Dungeness), thawed or frozen

Preparation
    1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well; cover and refrigerate. Before serving, bring to room temperature. Serve drizzled over crab. Pass remaining Splash on the side.
