Black & White Pie

Makes 6-8 servings
Ingredients
- 25 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread, softened
- 2 boxes (3.4 ounces each) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Preparation
- Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate; set aside. In medium bowl, combine crushed cookies and spread. Press into pie plate; chill until ready to fill. In large bowl, with wire whisk, beat instant pudding mixes and milk. With spatula, fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust; garnish with sprinkles if desired. Chill 3 hours or until set. Pie can be prepared one day in advance and refrigerated until serving.
