A recipe for Teriyaki Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Honeysuckle White or Shady Brook Farms Ground Turkey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh, coarsely chopped ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation
In large bowl, mix together turkey, onion and pepper and set aside. Extract juices from garlic and ginger into small bowl with a garlic press. Add remaining ingredients to juices and mix into turkey. Make into patties and grill, turning once during cooking, until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
