Teriyaki Turkey Burgers Description
A recipe for Teriyaki Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Honeysuckle White or Shady Brook Farms Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh, coarsely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Preparation
In large bowl, mix together turkey, onion and pepper and set aside. Extract juices from garlic and ginger into small bowl with a garlic press. Add remaining ingredients to juices and mix into turkey. Make into patties and grill, turning once during cooking, until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
