Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake

A recipe for Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup + 3 Tbsp. sugar, divided
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 5 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup seedless strawberry jam

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of a foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition, just until blended. Pour over crust. Gently drop jam by small spoonfuls over top of batter. Cut through batter several times with knife for marble effect.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate four hours or overnight.
