Ingredients
- 2 packages Asian Sensations Cream Cheese Wontons
- Dipping sauce
- 2 1/2 cups light vanilla yogurt
- 5 fresh peaches, rinsed and sliced
- 5 tablespoons toasted pecan halves
- 2 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Prepare cream cheese wontons according to package instructions. For each serving, place 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt in center of shallow bowl. Arrange 4 warm cream cheese wontons around yogurt. Top with 1 sliced peach and 1 tablespoon toasted pecans. Garnish with 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped mint and dusting of powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
