A recipe for Creamy Basil Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely-minced fresh basil
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients except salt and pepper into blender and pureé until smooth. If dressing seems too tangy, adjust by adding slightly more sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
