A recipe for Pepper Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low- or non-fat fat buttermilk
- 1/4 cup non-fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. non-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp. (or more, to taste) freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
In blender, pureé all ingredients except salt. Add salt to taste.
