Orange-Parsley Hummus

A recipe for Orange-Parsley Hummus
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 can garbanzo beans (15 ounces), rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
With food processor on, drop parsley through chute; process
until minced. Add all remaining ingredients and process
until smooth. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. Serve
with favorite crackers.
