A recipe for Roasted Orange Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup coarsely chopped orange
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 can (14 ounces) Swanson Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
Preparation
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
MIX cranberries, chopped orange, brown sugar and cinnamon in roasting pan (17- x 15-inches). Pour broth over all.
ROAST at 450°F for 25 minutes or until mixture thickens. Refrigerate until serving time.
