A recipe for Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
Ingredients
- 8 ounces light cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon prepared sun-dried tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon white wine
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.
Serve with your favorite grain foods. This spread is
especially great on bagels, crackers and breadsticks.
