Citrus Vinaigrette
Description
A recipe for Citrus Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Florida orange juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients. Shake well to
mix. Chill covered for up to one week. Before using, let
stand at room temperature about 15 minutes, then shake well.

Variations
Herb-Citrus Vinaigrette: To 1/3 cup Citrus Vinaigrette, add
1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme or basil or 1/4 teaspoon
dried thyme or basil, crushed.
