A recipe for Dubliner Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 ounces) whole or quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 cups grated Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese
Preparation
Heat oven to 300° F. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and spoon into ovenproof baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, pita chips or flat bread.
