Dubliner Artichoke Dip

Description
A recipe for Dubliner Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) whole or quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 cups grated Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese

Preparation
Heat oven to 300° F. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and spoon into ovenproof baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, pita chips or flat bread.
