Cranberry Sauce

Description
A recipe for Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup

Preparation
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 25 minutes

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat; bring to boil. When cranberries start to pop, reduce heat to simmer. Cook about 20 minutes, partially covered. Stir occasionally; make sure mixture doesn't boil over. Transfer to serving bowl.
