Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® round tip center (or knuckle) steak
  
• 2 cups KC Masterpieceš Garlic & Herb Marinade
  
• 4 ounces blue cheese, optional

Preparation
Place steak and marinade in zipper-locking, plastic bag and marinate 6 to 8 hours in refrigerator. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade. Grill steak 12 to 14 minutes over medium heat for medium rare. Sprinkle blue cheese on steak if desired.
