Ingredients
- 4 (4 to 5-ounce) Certified Angus Beef® top blade (or flat iron) steaks
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Combine seasonings and sprinkle over steak. Lightly rub
seasonings into steak and grill over medium heat for 13 to
17 minutes for medium doneness. Let steak rest 10 minutes
before serving.
