A recipe for Ranch-style Barbecue Steak
Ingredients
- 4 (4 to 5-ounce) Certified Angus Beef® shoulder top steaks
- 1 cup flat beer
- 1 cup KC Masterpiece® Hickory or Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Preparation
Combine beer, barbecue sauce and seasonings. Place sauce in
zipper-locking, plastic bag with the steak and marinate 6 to 8 hours in refrigerator. Remove steaks from marinade,
discard marinade and grill steaks over moderately hot coals
for 11 to 13 minutes for medium doneness. Let steak rest 10
minutes before serving.
