Grilled Asian Wraps

Description
A recipe for Grilled Asian Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Quorn Chicken-Style Tenders, thawed
  • 1 (6-ounce) carton plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint, plus more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 3 large flour tortillas
  • 1 large carrot

Preparation
Line grill rack of gas or charcoal grill with foil, or use foil-lined baking sheet and preheat to medium. Whisk together honey and soy sauce in medium bowl. Add tenders and toss to coat.

Grill tenders, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, whisk together yogurt, mint, cilantro, green onions and salt and pepper in medium bowl. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Use vegetable peeler to peel carrot and then shave into long ribbons.

Assemble wraps by spreading yogurt dressing and carrot ribbons on each hot tortilla; top with hot tenders. Roll up, slice diagonally and serve immediately. Garnish with more fresh cilantro and mint if desired.
