Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 pounds)
- 1 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 red, yellow or green pepper, trimmed, cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
Preparation
Prep: 15 minutes | Grill: 18 minutes
Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Mix barbecue sauce,
orange peel and juice. Grill chicken 6 minutes, turning over after 3 minutes. Brush with barbecue sauce mixture. Add vegetables to grill. Continue grilling chicken and
vegetables 9 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked
through and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and
brushing chicken with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture
and vegetables with dressing.
