Tropical Glazed Grilled Turkey

A recipe for Tropical Glazed Grilled Turkey
Ingredients
- 1 pound Honeysuckle White or Shady Brook Farms Breast Cutlets, Chops or Tenderloin
- 1 (15-ounce) can sliced pineapple in juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat margarine, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine honey, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, melted margarine and spices. Pour remaining pineapple juice over turkey and let stand 15 minutes.
Remove turkey from pineapple juice and grill 4 minutes on one side, brushing with honey glaze. Add pineapple slices to grill, turning to brown on both sides and brushing with glaze. Turn turkey, brush with glaze and top with pineapple. Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° to 170°F.
