A recipe for Grilled Steak and Beans
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 Filet Mignon, Sirloin, or Rib Eye steaks, choice (with bone or boneless)
- 2 cans (28 ounces each) B&M Baked Beans, any flavor
Preparation
In medium bowl mix sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Liberally apply mixture to both sides of steaks with hands.
Place steaks on grill over hot fire (500° to 600°F), and cook to desired state of doneness - approximately 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
Before serving, pour generous portion of baked beans on each plate and finish with steak.
