A recipe for Snowball Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 1 1/4 cups confectioner's sugar, divided
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 2 cups flour
  
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
  
• 1/2 cup chopped Snickers Brand Miniatures

Preparation
1. Cream together butter, 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar and vanilla.

2. Slowly blend in flour, nuts and Miniatures. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls.

3. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 12 to 14 minutes.

4. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Roll cookies in remaining cup confectioner's sugar, covering each cookie completely.
