A recipe for Shortbread Candy Canes
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 container white frosting
- 1 bag (11 ounces) M&M'S Brand Milk Chocolate Candies For the Holidays
Preparation
1. Combine butter and confectioner's sugar.
2. Add flour, salt and baking powder.
3. Roll out dough on floured surface to about 1/4-inch
thickness.
4. Cut candy cane shapes with cookie cutter or knife.
5. Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 10 minutes or until light brown. Let cool.
6. Frost with white frosting and decorate with Milk
