Zesty Steak Wraps

Description
Made in a flash, flank steak prepared with Mexican flair and tucked into flour tortillas is a guaranteed winner.

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 to 1 1/2 pounds) flank steak, pierced all over with a fork
  • 1 bottle (8 ounces) Ortega Mexican Style Taco Sauce, divided
  • 10 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • Garnish suggestions: shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, sour cream, guacamole, remaining
  • taco sauce

Preparation
COMBINE flank steak and 1/2 cup taco sauce in non-metallic container; marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.

PREHEAT grill or broiler. Cook steak about 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Thinly slice against grain.

FOR each sandwich, wrap flank steak and desired garnishes in tortilla.
