Tuna Twist Casserole
Description
A recipe for Tuna Twist Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked corkscrew pasta
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pouch (7.1 ounces) Chicken of the Sea Solid White Albacore or Chunk Light Tuna*
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In large
saucepan or skillet, saute vegetables and garlic in melted
margarine until vegetables are crisp and tender. Stir in
soup, milk, cheese and pepper. Cook over medium heat,
stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta
and tuna. Cook until heated.
