Roasted, Seasoned Turkey Breast

Perfect for small gatherings or as a second entrée, this delicious and easy to prepare recipe is sure to please.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon herb chicken seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary garlic seasoning blend
- 1/2 teaspoon rotisserie chicken seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 3-pound boneless turkey breast, skin on
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey; blend well. Rub seasoning evenly over both sides of turkey breast. Place turkey breast, skin side up, on ungreased pan. Roast 90 minutes or to internal temperature of 180°F. Remove from oven. Tent loosely with foil and let stand at least 10 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with winter vegetables and cranberry sauce.
