- Boar's Head Prosciutto or Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham,sliced thin
- Steamed or canned asparagus
- Black and green olives
- Roasted red pepper strips
- Stuffed cherry peppers
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cut chicken into strips. Wrap asparagus in prosciutto or
ham. Arrange with other foods on large platter. Garnish with
a hunk of Parmesan cheese.
