Cobb Salad With Roasted Chicken Breast
Description
This easy salad is always a hit at parties, and it looks as
beautiful as it is delicious. The key is having the
supermarket deli or meat department slice the chicken thick
so it's easy to cube. Also, make sure to select high
quality, meaty bacon; then cook it crisp.
Ingredients
- 3 cups (approximately) torn lettuce
- 1/4 cup cubed Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked Boar's Head Sliced Bacon, crumbled
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 1 pound Boar's Head Golden Classic Oven Roasted Chicken, cubed
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and cubed
- 1/4 cup crumbled Boar's Head Creamy Blue Cheese Vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
Cover platter with torn lettuce. On top of lettuce, place in
vertical rows Cheddar cheese, bacon, avocado, chicken, eggs
and tomatoes. Sprinkle blue cheese in center of salad. Show
completed salad to guests then toss with vinaigrette
dressing and serve.
