Ingredients
- 12 ounces (about 6 cups) chopped mixed salad greens
- 12 ounces roast pork, shaved (sliced very thinly)
- 12 slices bacon, cooked, broken into bite-size pieces
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- Toppings (optional)
- Avocado, peeled and cubed
- Blue cheese, crumbled
- Hard-cooked egg, sliced
- 1 cup Thousand Island or ranch dressing
Preparation
Place greens on each of 4 chilled dinner plates. Arrange pork, bacon, tomatoes, croutons and optional toppings on greens. Serve immediately with dressing(s) on the side.
