Description
A recipe for Club Salad Deluxe

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces (about 6 cups) chopped mixed salad greens
  • 12 ounces roast pork, shaved (sliced very thinly)
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked, broken into bite-size pieces
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup seasoned croutons
  • Toppings (optional)
  • Avocado, peeled and cubed
  • Blue cheese, crumbled
  • Hard-cooked egg, sliced
  • 1 cup Thousand Island or ranch dressing

Preparation
Place greens on each of 4 chilled dinner plates. Arrange pork, bacon, tomatoes, croutons and optional toppings on greens. Serve immediately with dressing(s) on the side.
