RBI Salad
Description
A recipe for RBI Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head Tanimura & Antle Iceberg Lettuce
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups small Tanimura & Antle Broccoflower brand green cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup chopped Tanimura & Antle Sweet Italian Red Onion
- 6 strips bacon, cooked, crumbled
Preparation
Prep time: 10 minutes
1. Core lettuce; rinse and drain well. Cut into 6 wedges.
2. Spoon dressing over wedges, as desired. Top with florets, onion and bacon.
Tip: Cutting an Iceberg wedge is easy. Cut the head in half through the core. Lay the flat surface of the half head on a cutting board and cut into 3 wedges. Repeat with remaining half head.
Idea: There are no rules when it comes to the RBI Salad, so be creative. If Dad loves blue cheese, crumble some on top or replace the ranch with blue cheese dressing. Customize this salad to fit your tastes.
