Garden Bean Salad
Description A recipe for Garden Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 4 medium sized tomatoes, seeded and cubed
- 1 can (16 ounces) B&M No Sugar Added Baked Beans, any flavor
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 can (6 ounces) B&G Medium Pitted Ripe Olives, drained
- 2 whole green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine tomatoes, baked beans, cucumber, celery, olives, green onions, parsley and garlic in mixing bowl. Combine mint, oil, salt and pepper in separate bowl. Pour over tomato mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
