  • 1 package (16 ounces) Birds Eye Deluxe Frozen Baby Mixed Beans & Carrot Blend
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Preparation
Cook time: 8 minutes | Prep time: 5 minutes

In saucepan, combine vegetables, butter, pineapple, coconut and ginger. Cook according to package directions. Serve hot as a side dish.
