A recipe for Mini Egg Rolls With Island Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 packages Asian Sensations Egg Rolls
  
• Choose from White Meat Chicken, Chicken Mini, Pork or Shrimp Egg Roll flavors.
  
• Dipping sauce
  
• 1 1/4 cups medium salsa
  
• 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  
• 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  
• 1/4 cup honey
  
• 1/2 cup crushed pineapple

Preparation
Prepare egg rolls according to package instructions. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix thoroughly. To assemble each serving, place 2 warm egg rolls on plate and serve with 6 tablespoons sauce on side. Serve immediately.
