Tea-Scented Couscous Description
A recipe for Tea-Scented Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 14.5-ounce can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Lipton Green Tea with Mandarin Orange Flavor Pyramid Tea Bags
  • 1 10-ounce box couscous
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Bertolli Classico Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds

Preparation
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Brew Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes

In 2-1/2-quart saucepan, bring broth and water to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Add tea bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and squeeze. Stir in couscous, raisins, olive oil and salt. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in green onions and almonds.
