Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- 1/3 cup Grandma's Molasses
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Ac'cent Flavor Enhancer
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Preparation
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 25 to 30 minutes
Boil sweet potatoes whole, in water to cover, until tender. Remove skins and mash with molasses, butter and Ac'cent. Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with additional molasses, if desired.
