Description
A recipe for Chunky Gazpacho
Ingredients
- 1 jar (16 ounces) Seeds of Change Tomato & Onion Salsa
- 1 cup English (seedless) cucumber peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Prep Time: 10 minutes
1. Mix ingredients together, blending well. Taste and adjust
seasonings with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving in well-chilled
bowls.
