Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 4 boneless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 1 11-ounce can cream-style corn
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 fresh asparagus tips
Preparation
1. Bring chicken stock to a boil.
2. Add chicken and creamed corn. Simmer 20 minutes.
3. Stir in lemon grass.
4. Just before serving, stir in soy sauce and top with asparagus tips.
