Vegetable Korma
Description
A recipe for Vegetable Korma
Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 cup peas
- 3/4 cup green beans, sliced
- 3/4 cup cauliflower florets
- 3/4 cup sliced carrots
- 1(15-ounce) jar Patak's Korma Cooking Sauce
- 3/4 cup half-and-half cream
- 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- Hot, cooked rice
Preparation
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook onion in oil
for 1 minute.
2. Add peas, green beans, cauliflower and carrots. Cook 3
minutes.
3. Stir in Korma cooking sauce. Cover and simmer 10 to 15
minutes or until vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in cream and tomatoes. Heat until warmed through.
Serve over hot, cooked rice.
