Description:
The International Fresh-cut Produce Association, established in 1987, is a non-profit trade association serving commercial suppliers of fresh-cut produce; companies affiliated with the fresh-cut industry including equipment and packaging manufacturers, retailers and foodservice operations; consultants, and government and university researchers and scientists. The association's mission is to advance the industry by supporting its members with technical information, representation and knowledge to provide convenient, safe and wholesome food.
