  • Arabica Coffee (a-RAB-ica): One of two species of coffee plants (the other is Robusta) grown for human consumption and considered the most desirable of the two. Originated on the Arabian Peninsula, now grown around the world in a narrow bank of tropical countries between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn.

  • Assam Tea: Although there have been some uniquely processed white Assams, basically Assam is the strong soldier of tea, hearty, fragrant, stands up beautifully to milk, and excellent for heartier recipes. An ideal tea for blending with those teas that need a little punch. Brews to golden or red gold
    liquors.
