- Earl Grey Tea - This is the classic
black tea blend with oil of bergamot, a Mediterranean
pear-shaped citrus.

- Edamame: Soybeans that are picked immature
while still green and eaten directly from the
pod, often served in Japanese restaurants and
Sushi bars as an appetizer.

- Espresso: Strong coffee made by forcing
water under pressure through finely ground dark-roasted
beans. One espresso shot of 7-10 grams of tightly
packed coffee should yield 1-1/2 oz. to 2 fluid
oz. of brew. A crema (the frothy part of the
espresso) should be on top when espresso is
appropriately ground and packed in the filter
head. Espresso is served in a "demitasse" that
generally is capable of holding 3 oz. of liquid.
