Add a Sweet Touch to Lenten Dinners

Add a Sweet Touch to Lenten Dinners

Let’s talk savvy fish for a minute. When it comes to fish, there are many people who just want to order it from a restaurant. It’s too much fuss and bother, and frankly they don’t want to mess it up just to end up eating out anyway. Some believe there are too many steps and ingredients while others are afraid of overcooking it or, even worse, undercooking it.

All of these things could happen with any number of foods, yet many home chefs still give it a go and, for the most part, end up having an enjoyable meal and expanding at-home menus, so let’s try something new.

I promise you’ll enjoy this restaurant-tasting, honey-glazed recipe and you can do it right in your very own kitchen. Perfect for the Lenten season, it’s a light meal with a decadent flavor that works well with salmon or any other white fish; you won’t be limited by the catch of the day because you can buy whatever fish you like.

The list of ingredients isn’t long and neither is the preparation. Now that sounds pretty savvy to me!

Till next time, I will be Doin’ My Best at Cookin’ Savvy!
